What should I do if I have a technical problem while travelling?

If something goes wrong, give us a call or come directly to the workshop with your vehicle. We will first carry out a quick diagnosis to assess the situation and suggest the best possible solution.

Do I need an appointment, or can I just drop in?

Ideally, a call or message before you arrive helps us organise your visit better. However, in case of an emergency or unexpected issue, you can also come without an appointment and we will do our best depending on availability.

What kind of issues can you handle for travellers?

We can help with many situations: minor electrical problems, equipment failures (water pump, fridge, heating, etc.), light body or fixture issues, and safety checks before you continue your trip. If the problem requires specific tools or another specialist, we will guide you towards the most suitable solution.

Can you help quickly so I can continue my journey?

We understand how precious your holiday time is. Whenever possible, we prioritise quick diagnostics and urgent repairs for travellers on the road, so you can get back on your way as soon as possible. Some bigger repairs may still require more time.

Do you speak other languages than English?

Yes, we can assist you in English, French and German. This helps ensure we fully understand your problem, even if English is not your first language.
